We believe that your wedding stationery should be a treasured memory that lasts long after the wedding.

It all began with two people who fell in love.

We work with couples to create custom wedding stationery that speaks to their personality and love story. We take pride in working collaboratively with each couple to find out their interests, style and personality and to let that shine through in their final design. Throughout the process we will explore all of our printing options available, design styles and opportunities to incorporate your favorite details into your suite. Our goal is to always provide the best service and to make this as stress free as we can.

Design Exploration

We will dive into the nitty gritty details, exploring the design direction including colors, font styles, embellishments, printing methods and overall big picture for your wedding day. It is important to us that your invitation suite speaks true to who you are as a couple and to the vision yours guests will have when they first arrive to your important day.

Design Ideation

Taking what we have learned about you two and your design style. We will create a custom quote that will include a design board with colors, textures, inspiration images and embellishment options.

Reserve Your Date

If all of the details discussed and laid out in the design board and ideation stage speak to you and align with your vision, we will move on to the booking stage where you will reserve your date with a contract and retainer.

Design Concepts

We will begin designing your invitation suite 6-8 weeks out from your mailing date. The process will begin with a delivery of concepts, including 2-3 versions of your invitation suite design. Once we have sent over the initial designs, we will discuss how we can refine the concepts.

Design Refinement

Three rounds of revisions are included in our custom invitation design process. We will communicate about the details you like and will begin to refine your invitation suite down to one version. We will be in close communication during this point to nail the details.

Approval & Printing

Once we have finalized your design, we will send a final proof for confirmation and approval and then we will begin ordering and printing all of your suite details. Once we have finished the printing phase, we will assemble your suite if you have requested that service or we will package up the set and ship them out to you for assembly.

Custom Invitation Timeline


The custom invitation process includes a few different stages including; a design/style exploration, mock ups, and last but not least printing and assembly.

While we can often accommodate rushed orders of 6 weeks or less, we prefer to have 3-6 months to refine your design and create your unique one of a kind invitation suite. I highly recommend sending your invitations out 2-3 months out from the wedding.

This timeframe will allow you to receive RSVPs, refine your seating chart and finalize guest count about 1-2 months out from the wedding. After all, scrambling to get your Aunt Pattie to RSVP and select her meal choice weeks before the wedding doesn’t sound fun to anyone.

Invitation Investment


We offer customizable wedding invitation suite packages to all of our couples. Our base rates for digitally printed custom invitation suites including the invitation, details card, RSVP card and envelopes start at $2500 for 100 sets.

Luxury suites including letterpress printing or foil printing start at $3500. Some of our available upgrades include: silk ribbon, wax seals, envelope liners and calligraphy addressing. We strive to find new and creative items to include into our couple invitation suites, if you have an idea in mind we can work on a custom quote to make your dream come to life!
